Congratulations – only 4% of the population actually move from thinking to doing and you have taken your first step on that journey.

This 5 step programme will take you through an examination of your personal ‘sense of purpose’ and begin to get you to think about your values and beliefs before inviting you to think about the goals and actions to take you there and how you will remain motivated.

By the end of the programme you will have developed a personalised plan which you can supplement with 1-2-1 coaching with our team if you want that extra support.

You will need a pen and paper to jot down your thoughts as you go through the exercises. You might like to buy a journal to keep all your thoughts together in one place.

Take as long as you like with the exercises. The important point is that you reflect and become self-aware.
