If you already know a little about reflexology and want to get started here are some useful reflexology charts. They are printable reflexology charts and are available in word format. We have set up an auto responder to send the file to anyone who wants them and they will come through as an attachment (the form for this is at the top of the page). Hopefully you will find them useful and recommend the charts to other people. There is a copyright statement at the bottom but we are happy for you to use the charts for whatever you wish for business or pleasure. I you want to know more about reflexology we are putting together a free reflexology online course and will update everyone when it is ready through our newsletter. To give you an idea of the charts here are the right and left feet. For the key you will need the word document that is sent with the email. Please let us know if you do not receive the file!
