Stress is a state of anxiety and the cause
of this anxiety is driven internally by the way we perceive
our environment. Emma Thompson, Director of Coaching at the
Body Mind and Soul, believes that six factors have to be in
place for humans to be in their ‘comfort zone:’

to think about these factors. It doesn’t provide the answers
because everyone completing this form will have their own challenges
but, when you have completed each box, a short insight will
be provided.
Tip: You could also do a mind map to
find out where the stresses are coming from in your life and
from whom. Once you have rated each pressure with 1 for low
and 10 for high you will know where to take action.
