Day 1
Explanation of Natural Nutrition.
The aim of Natural Nutritional Healing is to help the body
to heal and support the mind and soul as naturally and as completely
as possible.
We are all really made up of a set of systems that interact
and interwork with each other. Our nervous system, our blood
supply system, our venous return system and our muscular system
– they are all individual systems that have a vital function
in the body but they have to be able to interact with each other
to create a wholeness that is essential for life.
If we look at what makes up those various systems and the organs
and mechanisms within them, we see that we are all made up of
cells – 30 trillion cells in one body alone. As long as
these cells function correctly they are able to interconnect
with each other. When things go wrong within the cells and they
are unable to communicate satisfactorily, it is this failure
to communicate which is the major cause of disease.
The cell is covered by a double layer of phospholipids and
this allows an exchange on nutrients in and out of the cell.
This allows the cell to be cleansed and then supplied with nutrients
continuously. If the phospholipid layers become too impermeable
either because they become too dry (due to a dehydrated picture)
or because the cholesterol balance becomes disturbed –
it should allow flexibility without tearing, the cell becomes
cut off and unable to function correctly. This as has been explained
will lead to the beginnings of disease. In order to keep the
cell exchange functioning efficiently the correct fluid and
oil balance needs to be maintained.
In a healthy cell, the sodium/calcium levels and the potassium/magnesium
levels stay correct and interchange easily over a 24 hour period,
allowing the cell (and therefore the body ) to cleanse during
the sleeping period.
In the next few days we will try to give you a brief but clear
idea of how Nutritional Healing can help you. We well explain
the three stages of treatment and how they can fit into your
lifestyle, resulting in a steady improvement to your health
and well-being which will enrich your life considerably.
