Make sure you take on
board enough water throughout the day. Stagger drinking five
pints of water throughout the day. Let three of these be a
warm pint of water drank a half hour before every meal. This
is to prepare your body for food putting strain on your body
and the warmness of the water means it is absorbed immediately.
-
Avoid stimulants to get you
going in the morning. Reaching for tea, coffee or cigarettes
in the morning sets off a rollercoaster ride of blood sugar
levels. This leads to irrational behaviour, such as mood swings
and tiredness.
-
Take a good multinutriant and spread the dose throughout the
day. This will allow you to stay healthy when all around are
suffering from colds.
-
Start the day with a decent
sized breakfast. This is important to set your blood sugar
for the day. Try and have slow releasing carbohydrates such
as oats that will keep you steady.
-
Make sure each day has some form of exercise. It does not
have to be too strenuous but enough to make the link between
mind and body.
-
Take Omega 3 fish oils along
with lecithin not only to keep you away from depression but
also to help you think though hard days.
-
When you get a cold or feel under the weather take a high
dose Vitamin C tablet.
-
Finish the shower in the
morning with three cold bursts of cold water. Going from hot
to cold at least three times. This will get your lymphatic
system working.
-
Avoid high sugar food early in the morning and on an empty
stomach. As this will lead to fatigue as the post sugar high
effects kick in.
-
Buy a juicer and take
a fresh vegetable and fruit juice on board everyday. Swill
the juice around your mouth to mix with digestive enzymes
to make sure that as much is absorbed as possible.
